Elk Bowl – By Ben Carpenter
The tines from the rack of a bull elk adorn this sculptural bowl. This forest dwelling creature is prized for its meat and antlers. I hunted and killed the bull who owned these antlers three months prior to the completion of this sculpture. I harvested materials grown in two western states and united them into a wild sculpture. Elk bowl can be displayed in four main orientations.
