• The National Art Honor Societies (NAHS) for grades 10-12 , for the purpose of inspiring and recognizing those students who have shown an outstanding ability in art. National Junior Art Honor Societies (NJAHS) for grades 7-9. Your students become members of a distinguished group of approximately 20,000 art students.  History of NAHS
  
  
• art.html - The National Art Honor Society is an organization open to high school art students who have maintained at least a 90 average in art. Piedmont High School is the only school in Union County that offers this prestigious organization.

• High School Clubs & Organizations - Art Honor Society--This national organization is associated with the National Art Education Association. It is the largest art organization in the world and has members in the United States and 66 other countries. The group works to establish the highest level of art scholastics. Members are eligible for NAHS scholarships. Locally, our group follows the guidelines of the national constitution as to membership and meetings. Membership is by invitation and selection of students enrolled in a second level art course. We take trips to art festivals and do several community volunteer projects.
