This function allows you to create additional users. With these users, you may use the Edit : User Permissions function to grant them access to certain files or directories, or add the user to the permissions list in FrontPage.

Fields

User Name (Required) This field is for specifying the user you wish to delete. The default is the root directory.  Password (Required) This field is for the existing password for the user. This verifies the user was created by you.

Notes

You cannot delete a user if you do not know their old password. Contact technical support to have these users deleted.

Errors

Invalid user name or password - This means either the user name or password supplied was incorrect. Resubmit the form with the correct user name and password. Please note that the password is CaSe SeNSiTiVe.  Invalid user name - This means the User Name field was left blank. Resubmit the form with a user name.  Invalid password - This means the Password field was left blank. Resubmit the form with a password.  Cannot verify user name and password at this time - This means the server was unable to verify the user name and password. Try submitting the form again later. Contact technical support if the error persists.  Server cannot delete user at this time - This means the server was unable to process you request. Try submitting the form again later. Contact technical support if the error persists.
