Texas Sculpture Association - The Texas Sculpture Association (TSA) is a non-profit organization incorporated in 1983 with the mission to provide Texas Sculptors with the opportunity to learn more about the art of sculpture and to share this artistic vision with the public through exhibitions. TSA in the past fifteen years has positioned itself as a major artistic resource both locally and nationally. Members include artists, teachers, business professionals, small companies, collectors and large corporations, all of whom have strong interest in sculpture. Objectives of the society include educating the public about sculpture and the many media of this art form, promoting the work of sculptors, and serving as a liaison between sculptors everywhere. Although Texas-based, membership is open to sculptors and sculpture lovers anywhere in the United States. A newsletter is published at least 5 times a year to inform members of sculptors' activities, sculpture events, and professional opportunities. Texas Art Education Association To promote quality visual arts education in Texas. The oldest records available show that art teachers have met as an Art Section of the Texas State Teachers Association since 1919. Texas Coalition for Quality Arts Education The Member Organizations of the Texas Coalition for Quality Arts Education (TCQAE) work in concert to serve as a common voice for the advancement of quality fine arts education for all students in Texas.
